Welcome!Welcome to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Pre-Marriage Formation.
The class sign ups below are for couples who have already taken the first step for marriage preparation at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and are ready to start taking classes.

1. A rediscovery of MarriageThis is your first marriage preparation class. Please sign up for this class after your first couple meeting at the rectory.A Rediscovery of Marriage explores marriage as vocation, covenant, and sacrament and introduces the Church's teaching on marital sexuality and natural family planning.

2. Natural Family PlanningNatural Family Planning (NFP) is a general term for fertility awareness-based methods of family planning that are science-based, accurate, natural, healthy and effective.
NFP Course Options
Couples preparing for marriage in the Diocese of Dallas are expected to complete a full course in natural family planning and may choose the method and instructor they prefer. The latest information on choosing a course for marriage preparation can be found in the document linked below. -
3. FAmily MattersPlease sign up for this session using the link in the email you received after your Rediscovery of Marriage Class. You should complete Family Matters before the Saturday Workshop.This private session with a licensed professional counselor is designed to help couples explore what each brings into the marriage from their families of origin and how these elements can be useful in crafting their own identity as a married couple and future parents.

4. SAturday WorkshopSign up for this workshop after you have completed A Rediscovery of Marriage and Family Matters. This is a new sign up that includes all the Saturday classes (Constructive Conflict Communication,Financial Foundations, & Reality Check). If you have already attended some of the Saturday classes, please reach out to Amy Northrop, [email protected], to make arrangements to attend individual classes.
