Media Policy

At St. Thomas Aquinas, it is our mission to walk with every person we encounter to experience the presence of Christ. As part of this mission, we capture photographs, videos, and other media that reflect the life, faith, and fellowship of our parish community. We are committed to doing so in a way that honors the comfort and privacy of every individual.

Media Consent

By participating in activities, ministries, and events at St. Thomas Aquinas, parishioners, volunteers, and guests are consenting to be photographed or recorded. These images help us share the story of our parish and witness to Christ’s presence among us.

USE OF MEDIA

Media captured during parish activities and events may be used for various parish communications. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the parish website, social media platforms, printed materials, parish-wise Flocknotes and other parish-related communications. All media is used with the intention of uplifting our community and reflecting our shared faith.

Respect for Individual Choice

We recognize that each person’s journey is unique. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform one of our photographers or media representatives, who may be identified by an STA lanyard or name tag. Your request will be respected, and we will make every reasonable effort to honor your wishes.
